77myr Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Agreement

To register and use the platform 77myr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
• Be a resident or citizen of Malaysia accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
• Not subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition that prevents you from using online betting services.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period activated through the platform 77myr or any recognised gambler exclusion scheme.
• Do not act on behalf of another person — every account must be registered and operated by the actual member for their own personal use.

77myr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated period may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only on the platform 77myr. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as stated on your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and valid bank account or e-wallet details registered in your own name. Providing false or misleading information constitutes sufficient grounds for 77myr terminate your account and forfeit all balances held within it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 77myr will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the support team 77myr immediately.

77myr only accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods are Malaysian local options only, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. International payment methods, cryptocurrency, and all other payment types are not accepted.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM20 each transaction. There is no fixed daily maximum deposit limit, however 77myr reserves the right to set limits based on account loyalty level or verification requirements. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds after payment is confirmed by the respective payment service provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as your 77myr you. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours on normal business days.

77myr reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes. If a withdrawal is delayed, our team will contact you via your registered phone number within 24 hours to clarify the steps required.

• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are active unsettled bets involving the funds in question.
• Any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers are the member's responsibility.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts (not in the member's own name) are not permitted under any circumstances.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 77myr — including welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other special promotions — are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) specified for each offer. Rollover requirements determine how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.

Members who register solely to claim bonuses with no genuine intention to play — commonly known as "bonus abuse" — are in violation of these terms. 77myr uses a detection system capable of identifying betting patterns inconsistent with genuine platform use. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be terminated and balances forfeited.

Key things to know about bonuses at 77myr:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Rollover requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time frame — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagers on certain games may contribute only partially — or not at all — toward rollover requirements. Please refer to the respective promotional terms for details.
• 77myr reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

All bets placed on the platform 77myr — whether for sports, Live Casino, slots, or e-sports — is final once confirmed by the system. 77myr not liable for any bets placed in error by members, including incorrect amounts, incorrect markets or incorrect selections.

For Sports Betting and e-sports:

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, unless a significant technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being shown.
• 77myr reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system or data error. In such cases, the full stake amount will be refunded to the member's account.
• Bets placed on postponed, cancelled, or unsettled matches will be refunded in accordance with the rules set out for the relevant sport.
• In cases where the official result differs from the initial result announced (for example, due to an appeal or official review), the final result confirmed by the relevant governing body shall apply for bet settlement purposes.

For casino and slots games, outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed. 77myr has no control over individual game outcomes and cannot alter or reverse results generated by the RNG.

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all members 77myr, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, or use automated software or tools (bots) to play or place bets.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering more than one account for yourself or acting as an intermediary for another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform 77myr for the purpose of money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Hacking: Any attempt to access systems, data or accounts 77myr unlawfully.
• Unlawful Collusion: Colluding with other members to manipulate the system in poker, e-sports or any game involving player-to-player interaction.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a chargeback with a payment provider after a deposit has been made with the intent to defraud the platform.

77myr work closely with payment service providers and relevant authorities to report any suspicious activity. We also operate a 24-hour fraud detection system that monitors all transactions and activity on the platform.

Closure by Member: You may close your account 77myr at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, please ensure all active bets have been settled and any eligible balance has been withdrawn. Closure requests submitted while a bonus balance with an outstanding rollover requirement exists will result in that bonus being forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by 77myr: We reserve the right to suspend or close the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, hacking or illegal activity
• Failure to provide the required identity verification documents
• Request by the relevant authorities
• If a member is found to have been under 18 years of age at the time of registration

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 77myr reserves the right to place a hold on the account balance while an investigation is carried out. If the investigation confirms fraud or a serious breach, the balance in question may be forfeited in full.

77myr provides its online betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or your ability to win bets. We are not liable for any losses you incur as a result of betting decisions you make yourself.

Liability 77myr to members is limited to the actual cash balance (excluding bonus funds) in the member's account. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, data loss, or any other damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

In the event of technical disruptions, server failures, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), 77myr not liable for any losses arising from an inability to access the platform or complete a bet. In such cases, we will endeavour to settle all active bets in the fairest possible manner based on the information available.

77myr fully committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

Self-control tools available to all members 77myr:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with over a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Enable alerts or automatic session time limits to make sure you take adequate breaks.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend access to your account for a period of 1 to 90 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently closes the account and prevents re-registration.

All limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to limits (such as raising your deposit limit) require a waiting period of 24–72 hours before taking effect — this is a deliberate safeguard we have built in. 77myr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in security emergencies that require immediate action.

Continued use of the platform 77myr after the effective date of any changes will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and 77myr will be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts having jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed from this agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
